Lead Generation & Pipeline

A lead count is not a pipeline. We build the part that gets work signed.

A lot of lead generation is sold as volume: a number of leads a month, with nobody accountable for whether they were real. We work as a lead generation agency the other way round. We agree in writing who a qualified lead is, build the system that finds, answers, qualifies and follows up those people, and report on qualified conversations and signed work. Marketing brings the enquiry. Automation makes sure it is not wasted.

What the lead generation system covers

Definition first, because a system built before anyone has agreed what a good lead is will optimise for the wrong thing. Then capture, qualification and follow-up, because an enquiry that arrives and is never answered was paid for twice.

A written definition of a qualified lead

Before anything is built we sit down with whoever does your selling and write down who you want and who you do not: the ideal customer, the job sizes, the areas, the disqualifiers. Lead qualification is only as good as this document, and everything else is scored against it.

  • Ideal customer profile, written with your sales team
  • Disqualifiers stated as plainly as the qualifiers
  • Scoping questions every enquiry should be asked

Lead capture & speed to lead

Speed to lead means how quickly a new enquiry gets a first reply. Every form, call and chat is answered within minutes and logged, in hours and out of them. The phone side is our AI receptionist service; this covers everything else and joins the two up.

  • One inbox for form, chat, email and call enquiries
  • First reply within minutes, by text, email or call
  • Every enquiry logged, including the ones that go nowhere

Inbound lead generation

The pages, offers and forms that turn being found into being contacted. Our SEO and GEO work gets you seen in search and in AI-assistant answers; this is what a visitor meets next — a clear offer, a reason to enquire now, and a form that asks only what you need.

  • Landing pages built around one offer each
  • Forms that ask your scoping questions, no more
  • Self-reported "how did you hear about us" on every form

Outbound lead generation, done properly

Small, researched prospect lists built from public sources and your own data. AI-assisted research on each account, then an email written to one company at a time, sent from your own domain with proper authentication, with every opt-out honoured. No purchased or bulk-scraped lists, no mass blasts, no fake personas.

  • Prospect list you can read and veto before anything is sent
  • Sending domain authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Opt-outs honoured, in line with CAN-SPAM and GDPR

AI lead qualification

AI lead generation is mostly this: asking the scoping questions the same way every time, scoring the answers against the written definition, and routing the enquiry to the right person. The assistant says it is an AI, and a human takes over the moment someone asks.

  • Scoring rules you can read and change
  • Routing by service, area or deal size
  • Handover to a person on request, with the conversation so far

Appointment setting

Qualified enquiries are offered a slot in your real calendar while they are still interested, with a confirmation and a reminder. Appointment setting services often measure meetings booked; we count meetings with someone who fits the definition and turns up.

  • Booking into the calendar your team already uses
  • Confirmations, reminders and no-show follow-up
  • Unqualified enquiries answered politely, not booked

CRM pipeline & follow-up

Clean stages that mean one thing each, no duplicate contacts, and a next step on every open deal. Quotes with no answer and missed meetings are followed up automatically on a schedule you approve, and the sequence stops when the customer says no.

  • Pipeline stages defined and agreed with sales
  • Duplicate check on every new contact
  • Follow-up wording and timing signed off by you

Attribution from first touch to signed deal

Each enquiry carries its source through the CRM to the signed contract, so sales lead generation is judged on what it produced. You see cost per qualified lead and cost per signed customer by source — and where a buyer arrived already decided and no tool can say why, the report says so.

  • Source recorded on the contact, not only in analytics
  • Cost per qualified lead and per signed customer, by source
  • Unattributed share stated, not folded into another channel

The first 90 days

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Audit the pipeline

Where leads come from now, how fast they are answered, where they leak, and what a qualified lead costs today. If the offer or your capacity is the real problem, this is where we say so.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    Define and capture

Qualified-lead definition written and signed off. Forms, chat and response wired up so every enquiry is answered within minutes and logged.

  3. Weeks 5–8

    Qualify and follow up

Scoring, routing and booking switched on, CRM stages cleaned, and follow-up on quotes and no-shows running. Source tracking carried through to the deal.

  4. Weeks 6–12

    Outbound, if bought

Sending domain authenticated and warmed up, first prospect list researched and approved, then small batches. Expect weeks before this produces conversations.

  5. Ongoing

    Report, cut, extend

A monthly report by source. Channels that do not produce qualified leads are cut, and the definition is revised as sales learns who actually buys.

Lead generation engagements

The audit stands alone. Sometimes it ends with us telling you the leads are fine and the follow-up is the problem, or that the offer needs fixing before any of this is worth paying for.

04Lead Generation

Lead Generation questions, answered

How much does a lead generation agency cost?
Our lead generation services start at $1,500 for a fixed-fee Pipeline Audit, and from $2,500 per month for the Lead Engine. Adding researched outbound takes it to from $4,500 per month. Both monthly plans have a three-month minimum. Any ad spend or data-tool fees are paid by you directly to the provider and are separate from our fee, so you can see what goes where.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No, and we do not sell leads per head either. A guaranteed lead count rewards whoever is counting for loosening the definition of a lead. We agree in writing who a qualified lead is, report how many of those arrived and what became of them, and never resell an enquiry to another firm. If a channel is not producing qualified leads, the report will show it.
Is a lead generation company worth it for a small business?
It is worth it when you have a clear offer and the capacity to follow up, and not before. If nobody can return a call within a day, more leads will only produce more missed ones. If the offer itself is unclear, no amount of capture fixes that. The audit checks both, and where one is the real problem we will tell you to fix it first.
What is the difference between inbound and outbound lead generation?
Inbound lead generation means the buyer finds you and enquires; outbound means you contact a company that has not asked. Inbound depends on being visible and on answering fast. Outbound takes weeks to warm up and suits considered B2B sales — a named list of firms worth a researched email each — far better than impulse purchases. Many businesses need inbound sorted before outbound is worth adding.
How does AI lead generation work, and will people know it is AI?
AI does the consistent, repetitive parts — researching an account, asking scoping questions, scoring the answers and booking the meeting — and yes, people are told. We will not build an assistant that pretends to be a person or send email under a made-up name. Anyone who asks for a human gets one, along with a summary of the conversation so far.
How are you different from a B2B lead generation agency that sends cold email?
We send far fewer emails, to companies we have actually researched, from your own domain. We do not buy lists, scrape contacts in bulk, send mass blasts or invent sender personas, and we honour opt-outs and anti-spam law such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. That is slower than a volume campaign. It also does not spend your domain's reputation on people who never wanted to hear from you.

Bring last month's enquiries. We'll find where they went.

Bring your enquiries from the last month and what became of each. On the call we'll trace where they leaked — slow replies, no follow-up, the wrong people — and tell you whether that is worth paying us to fix.
